How much is shipping?
This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we’re shipping to.
Usually it is 4.95$ per item.
For our special promotional items, all you have to do is cover the shipping and handling cost. The item itself is FREE!
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
At BA Survival Gear, we are always trying to maximize the value for our customers. By partnering with manufacturers from around the world to minimize the costs of production and shipping, we are able to list our items at a much lower price than most other retail stores.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way! If you’re still not sure, just email us. We’re happy to help.

How do I place an Order?
Simply choose your style and quantity from the dropdown menu on the product page then click the “Buy It Now!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can place an order directly without an account, it will be automatically created during checkout process.
It will then allow you from your account dashboard to view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.
I ordered many items but only received one. Where are the others?
When you order various products some items may be shipped separately (for faster delivery). You may receive one product before another one. No need to worry, just know that all your products will be in your hands soon.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If the item has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Please contact us by email for any cancellations or change using our contact form, choosing the Topic: — Support Request and providing your #Order Number: Contact Us.
How Can I Return a Product?
You are responsible to ship it back with RA-number (Return Authorization) and shipping cost cannot be refunded.

What is the Refund Policy?
Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you have received, we will take it back within 30 days of your purchase!
We do not refund shipping and handling costs. Return shipping is at your expense. The item must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
Important: Free Offers/Giveaways – Any “Free + Shipping” offers must be canceled within the same day order is placed. Free items are non-refundable once shipped.
